Customer Passion Point Will deliver cost effective courses to enable businesses in Africa build and develop talent, appropriate capavity and competences through organising local and international seminars, on and off site training and provision of learning aids (physical and online) in the following areas;

  • Self development, motivation and mastery
  • Organising business and social retreats

We are planning and implementing the first Tanzaniaís Marketing Communication Conference (TMCC 2011) in association with East African Unique Limited. Conference will hold on 23rd and 24th June, 2011 in Dar Es Salaam.

We have developed a unique customer service training for small businesses titled ëCustomer Care, Your Business Lifelineí. It will be offered both as an in house training on group / public offering where interested participants register to attend. Itís a must for growing businesses. It will help transform you customer facing staff to assets to your business.

CPPL is developing an interactive training session on brand development and branding. This will help answer the question What is the difference between MARKETING and BRANDING? and the implications for building our brands.
